God Squad Runs Gauntlet

The Drax feat is irrelevant here, and Odin did that with Gungnir, and again Thanos was amped. The point is that Tyrant's blasts appear to be significantly more powerful. At the end of that fight, Thanos' costume was messed up and he was clearly hurt, but he wasn't backing down. In the Tyrant fight, Tyrant buried him, left even less of his costume in existence (a silly thing to bring up, I know), and Thanos even admitted that if he didn't high-tail it, Tyrant was going to kill him.And we all know how prone Thanos is to false modesty and all.

What did you see the end of the Odin vs Thanos fight? Thanos was badly messed up and could barely stand up lol. The only reason why he didn't stand down was because he had to get Odins attention to tell him that his son was a threat to the universe. Thats what the entire fight was about. Silver Surfer came from behind and saved Thanos not by blasting Odin though but asking the fight to stop because he was going to die. In the tyrant fight Thanos was holding hands with Tyrant lol. Please post the fight so others can see how badly Thanos got wooped by a real Odin blast.

The scans are in the respect threads. In both of them, the more powerful combatants hit Thanos with blasts that sent him flying (this is AFTER the handholding incident you refer to; this is like me saying the Odin battle ended with Thanos charging through Odin's spear-enhanced blast and grappling with him for control of the spear). In Odin's fight, Thanos is on the ground, with his costume partially damaged, unwilling to yield; in Tyrant's fight (and again Thanos was amped in this one), Thanos was BURIED in the ground, his costume completely destroyed, and he acknowledges that Tyrant would eventually kill him. If he only left, as some say, because his goal was accomplished, why fight that long at all? He had the Orb before they even started trading punches, so this is clearly not the case.

Which has nothing to do with his power level. Omega was well fed and twice as powerful as Big G. Because the writer said so. And because you can clearly compare Big G's conflicts with Thanos and Omega's conflict with Thanos and see that, despite efforts to say otherwise, Omega owned Thanos far more easily than Big G did.

Right he "owned" Thanos. That's why he was defeated and is probably dead now. Thanos had more prep against Galactus, yet he still failed to prevent Galactus from doing his task.

The writer never stated that Omega was>>big G. It was a character(think it was Quasar, not sure).

And Omega was well-fed too.

One blast from Omega went through all of Thanos' shielding and nearly killed him. Tore up his costume, etc. It took one blast from Galactus to take out Thanos' shielding, which 'depleted vital energies' of Galactus. A second blast to possibly kill Thanos.

One blast > Two. Omega > Galactus.

Thanos stated it. Quasar wasn't even in the series. And Thanos would know, because Thanos created Omega. From Galactus' DNA, mind you. Also, I think it might have been on a recap page, but I'm not positive of that.

I think I pointed this out. "Omega was well fed and twice as powerful as Big G."

Thanos stated that omega was more powerful than big G but it was a person with cosmic awareness that "confirmed" it.

one blast was all it took...

Yes. To take his shielding out. Like I said. 😬

Same with Omega...

Yes, but when Omega did it Thanos was practically plastered to the ground in a giant crater. And Galactus had to exert himself and said later he 'depleted vital energies' in order to do that to Thanos. Whereas Omega was just fine...

Omega never spoke. There is a difference.

Bah.

If I'm correct the only thing Demogorge is scared of is Eternity lol.
this was when he went into nightmares realm to ask for directions lol, nightmare used his biggest fear to scare him.

and him being scared of eternity is because
eternity is the embodiment of all life in the universe.
demiurge is the embodiment of all life on earth, this being said demiurge is either an aspect of eternity or child?
either way eternity>demiurge>demogorge

Re: God Squad Runs Gauntlet

Either Mikaboshi or Demogorge can solo to 4. The only real threat along the way is Doc Strange in 2.

1. Apoc (non-jobber), War Hulk, Holocaust, Abyss, Sinister

Hercules tears Holocaust apart.
Ajak stomps Abyss
Snowbird turns into her Great Beast form and rips apart War Hulk.
Mikaboshi rips Apocalypse heart out.
Demogorge eats Sinister.

2. Silver Surfer, WWH, Doc Strange, Namor.

Demogorge takes out Doc Strange.
Ajak handles Namor.
Hercules and Snowbird takes out WWH.
Mikaboshi tears Surfer apart.

3. Silver Surfer, Terrax, Morg, Beta Ray Bill, Ganymede, Jack of Hearts, Gladiator

Either Mikaboshi or Demogorge can solo this team.

4. DP Tyrant w/ army of droids

Either Mikaboshi or Demogorge should handle Tyrant just fine. The rest just deal with the Droids.
