I'll use all of Shield + heroes to capture and torture Doom into creating a hundred Destoyer armours upgraded with Extremis Tech ( flight + speed ) kidnap a few hundred Asgardians illegally to fuel them. I don,t need to subcontract Doom. Tony as leader of Shield defeated him.

So I go with Shield contract. My soldiers would crush Nova and Lantern corps. As long as my Asgardian slaves were efficiently protected.
