WW3 Black Adam with Atrocitus's Red Lantern Ring. Needless to say he's bloodlusted.

Stops at 2. Provided they work together, Superman and WW should be able to restrain him long enough for the lasso to finish the job. Not only will it calm down Teth, but if she asks what's the name of the Wizard who gave him his powers, he reverts back to normal. On the chance he does get past #2, I can't see him getting past 3 at all.
