And Holocaust had his helmet destroyed by Sabretooth. Then Rogue gave him a beat down. Not too much of a threat, in my opinion.

Except for Mikhail Rasputin who managed to mentally control the vast majority of of the European population and avoid being punished by Apocalypse.

Also, Holocaust was only impressive in AOA since he obliterated all of the American West and Japan. Holocaust is extremely unimpressive when fighting other mutants.

Mr. Sinister was definitely something special since he managed to betray Apoc. and create a mutant powerful enough to defeat Apoc.

Mikhail did well against humans, not so hard really. As for Mr. Sinister, yeah he kind of rocks in most continuities, but his AOA version seemed too cuddly. Also Magneto defeated Apocaylpse, not X-Man

Sinister was not so cuddly when he murdered Forge, and lots of X-Man's others friends. Don't forget that Mr. Sinister also oversaw the Breeding Pens as well, and commanded Dark Beast to do his bidding. Apocalypse should have been able to transmute Magneto. Magneto can't counter that.

I don't get what parts of the world have not actually been conquered by Apocalypse's regime. Do you happen to know? He controlled all of North America, Japan and...?
