Not too sure about that.
I interpreted the op as just having his powers with no explaination, not a kriptonyan biology. obviously if you had unbreakable skin the needles would not go in and invulnerabilty would be a draw back here, exposing you as a freak of nature here. So having the strengh alone would be more effective in this case (can sm will the force field to sopt working?) but with sm' powers being what they are and largely emanating from that aura like forcefield, real world tech might not even pick up on anything abnormal. Kryptonians are remarkbly like humans in more ways than not.

Yup, but i was thinking about the needle.
Green Lantern's Energy Constructs (none of the other powers of the ring save for creating objects)
because with it I could make anything I needed to do my buisness. such as make a bull dozer to do construction work (so I would get all the contracts my self ), make a flying car, horse, shoes, suit, ect to travel aroung from place to place, make my cloths out of hte stuff so i wouldn't have to worry about attacks ... and so many more things that I am too lazy to mention right now .

Not to mention that Ollie could barely manifest enough will power to form an arrow with the power ring and Batman strained to make an image of his parents with the ring. I'd rank both of those guys as having much stronger willpower than me, so I honestly don't know how effective I could wield a GL ring under these circumstances.

They struggle because their willpower is cynical, not because they have less willpower than GLs.

both of them have reasons they couldn't effectively wield the ring, though, if Johns' explanations are to be believed. Shouldn't impact you.
As far as the thread itself?
Energy Constructs don't seem that applicable to me, so no interest there.
Firestorm's powers? God no. I don't want to wake up one morning and realise that i dreamt about turning my house in to salt, or something.
Surfer's board and skin? No thanks. I like having genitalia.
Superman's strength and durability? No thanks. I like being able to USE my genitalia.
Apocalypse's powers? Maybe. As long as i can keep myself looking youthful.
Telepathy? Sure, though the moral implications aren't too nice.
Northstars speed? Useful. Definitely useful.
Henshaw? Sure.
Longshot? If it ended up like that episode of Supernatural, then definitely.
Flash? No.
Iceman? Not really. Don't see the use in it.
Doctor Light? Same as GL.
Hulk's strength and durability based on anger? No.
Animal Man's powers? Sure. Lots of cool applications.
Terrax? Nah.
Photon's CA? Sure, if i have better use of it than he does.
Shadowcat's phasing takes too much concentration imo.
All in all, i'd go with Apocalypse. A lot of potential there i think.

That's why sometimes he is shown wearing silver speedos. Since marvel doesn't have the balls to let his silvery dong hang free like manhattan's it's either the neutered man from space or the man from space who wears dorky speedos for no explicable reason. some illustrators go to lengh to avoid showing his crotch area at all
I like to think he is just covering them in that weird silver bulge because it's cold out there. My man SS is definetly a lady's man and wouldn't disappoint them.

hulk's emotional strength amp? simple, minus the emotional stimulus even
phasing? easy
speed/strength/durability? easy peasy lemon squeezy
telepathy? meh, just infect whomever you want with your poccy cells and they either become avatars with minds linked to yours or "children" like some of the horsemen. they won't have minds of their own. better than nothing
you could also reshape your brain to modify it, maybe in the future you could come up with something.
molecule rearranging? k, that's a no no
luck? phuck luck, you're immortal and in control of your atomic structure.
technopathy? it's be limited but i guess you should be able to interface with technology by converting your limbs or whatever into inputs and i guess trying to convert some part of yourself into circuitry and cpu's that your will can program.
amputees can purchase mechanical limbs that are programmed to convert nerve stimulation to robotic motion. if you extrapolate that over time you could probably get some sort of thing going there.
