Depending on how many of them there are the X-Men might stop him. If not then ill take Thanos can stop him. Doctor Doom knows Superman weakness with prep time he could stop him too.

It was an old late 90's issue with a bat on the cover. Superman flew to a college that had been overrun by a master vampire surrounded by turned students. A Vampire cheerleader got the jump on him and started to drain him by the neck. Then Robin swung in and kicked her off him. Then Batman, Robin and Supes proceeded to kill them all. I think it was Action Comics.
