Well, if going by the old "class" standards, it's a double answer: if the webbing hasn't had time to "set", then it can be torn by anyone with approx. Spiderman's strength; if it has at least several seconds (or longer) to dry and set, then a general application can hold/withstand stress upwards of 75 tons -- more if a lot of fluid is used. That's why Spidey's webbing has so many high and low showings: it depends on the exact circumstances of the situation and time-factors involved.
