Enough to send one flying really far. He can also summon a club and use it to send one into space.

Let's not forget the Touch of God where he taps someone in the end and they turn to ash.

The whole thing about Godhand is that it was intentionally over the top, and Gene was easily the most uber powerful person in the game. Especially at the end when he gets the 2nd Godhand.

If he can send someone into space, then he could beat Gouki.

I know little about Gouki, so I don't care enough to debate about him 😐

Gene is a freaking monster with his abilities and powers. He'll clear it all.

Gauntlets have a limit of 6 opponents, as is stated in the rules.
