He can't tag her. She can't catch him.

But she's a freaking ninja would probably find a way to sneak up on him in the right location.

If she's blood lusted she woudn't be trying to be all ninja, and NC is just as good a combatant as she is, plus if you're talking about being stealthy, Nightcrawler can turn invisible in the dark, and climb walls, he's got her beat in that department.

Actually not even that. Intangibility is her natural state, she needs to will herself into being material to interact with the world.
