ok guys Shaman Nate takes on DC earth(No gods, no cosmics) but in this case there will be 3 senarios

1.Just Shaman Nate
2.Exemplar Shaman Nate(Ivory Idol of Ikonn, Cyttorak's Gem)
3.Infinity Shaman Nate(Power Gem, Mind Gem)

All Three, Basically only herald level and below could stop him and according to your stips he is going to be able to destroy all of them.

Very few people are going to survive a planet wide mind wipe or mind****. Anyone who has significant resistance will be put down via many of X-man exotic offensive use of his TK/telepathy.

If the GLs gang up on him they can probably do it. Do they count as cosmic? the problem is their non cosmic 'heralds' like SM are too limited and too physical for a fight with him

Alan Scott might pose a problem, imo.

As Sentinel I'm assuming?

Good gravy there are a lot of people on DC earh that could halt him, even Black Alice could steal his magic and use it against him. There are also people who can manipulate time far better then Nate can. So him winning all 3 scenarios....wow.

Nate Grey ftl. There are way too many forces who could give him a fight one-on-one, or just outright beat him.

Yes, Because his name has shaman in it, it must mean his powers are magic based.

Stips says PIS and CIS is off and bloodlust is on Keep that in mind, and only for him.

Also is i believe he takes it in the 1st scenario, he would take it even easier in the other 2.
