Apoc has had a permeanant power-up recently too. So he is stronger than he was in his previous appearences.

No, he was restored to his normal levels after dying away for hundreds of years until Archangel found him, if you're refering to the X-force 'power up'.

The combined powers he had then dwarf what he has now, in the twelve he could reality warp and created a mini universe iirc.
