Not really. Both Imperiex and B13 at his peak are around Galactus's level. Golden Prime doesn't have the feats to put him near that level, but...

IMO, Imperiex can take either Tenebrous or Aegis. A hungry Galactus was stalemating Tenebrous before he was cheapshotted.

SP 1 Million is the wild card, though, and with next to no feats I'd give it team one for a slight majority.

Didn't Brainiac at the height of his power even beat the real Imperiex. He had the entire Universe like a computer. I think it was in TT.

With that said Team 2

Well-fed Galactus >= Imperiex IMO.

Brainiac 13 at the heigh of his power had all of Imperiex's energies.

Superman 1M =/= Golden Superman Prime

Golden Superman Prime shouldn't be used because he lacks feats and because he was treated like the God of DC.

Galactus soloes with utter ease.

I wouldn't go that far.

Team 1 = 3 Galactus-level beings. Team 2 = 2 Galactus-level beings.
