You can't get someone arrested for posting in a thread. Spamming or not, the only way that it can be solved is by reporting the user to the moderators or admins. That way, the user will be banned. He can create as many multiple accounts as he wants...He'll still get banned. -_-
Trust me, REAL online harassment is much more dire than this. Trust me...

Lets say it does just happens to be more of "them" as in they are different people. I find it utterly weird that you all seem to think alike unlike.
