I think, if Deathlok is allowed to tap into Roxxon satellites and weapons systems he certainly takes this. If not though, I could see this being about a split. Deathlok is both stronger and faster with more advanced weapons....But Logan's enhancements mean that every time he tags Luther, Luther loses a limb, etc.
So...yeah. Pretty even, all things considered.
