Currently in 616 there is only Miss Sinister alive; as far as we know, Essex is still dead.

Sinister can probably pull some anti-Hulk virus outta his ass and win here. At least, weaken GH to the point KO with blasts is possible.

In the pages of X-Men: Legacy a female clone of Sinister with (presumably) the same powers was introduced by the name of Claudine Reiko or Miss Sinister. So far she demonstrated some regeneration and telepathy. From the looks of things she doesn't have his personality or memories either.
