No. At best, Franklin become a universal threat. He would compete against the like of Galactus, who is far, far below in term of power that the monsters named above.

Thanos + TOAA, PR-Beyounder, PR-Molecule Man and Living Tribunal are pretty much the ones able to lay the smack down to HOM Wanda.

Franklin is very powerful

Hom wanda turns every one into trees

Nekron hasn't really done much himself to fight him here against any one of these...Not yet, anyway.
