I've said it before and I'll no doubt say it again: COIE Anti-Monitor is not a useful statement of power.

Ion absolutely stomps AM as he was at the start of COIE, or at the very end.

'CoIE' AM is a stomp against AM, because that is not on average talking about AM at his peak, or even close to it.
