Due to dooms slight immediate superiority I will give the Joker 3 days prep.Doom gets no prep.They fight on nuetral ground.

Nah, Supes has more of a chance, I'd like to know what the Joker can do against a highly skilled magician backed up with uber tech in 72 hours.

What can he do in 72 hours? Pace back and fourth and worry about his situation.

would laughing gas work on doom ?

Maybe if he didn't wear armor.

In no way, whatsoever, does Joker's standard gear and arsenal hold a candle to Doom's armor. Doom's armor was shown to be at least equal to Extremis Iron Man, whose armor was insane in its own right.
