While waiting for Chris (in the room in RE5 where you fight Wesker and Jill) Jake happens to stumble in. For whatever reason, Jake believes that Wesker is responsible for the Nanomachine outbreak, and thus, they begin to fight. (Jill is conspicuously absent)

Jake has all of his boosters and all of his combos.

Maybe, but his plasma cutter and his suit are pretty impressive. Plus his boosters, well, boost his strength and speed.

Only if he can handle Wesker's speed.

Thought of the same problem when I made the thread. Didn't know who else to include in the fight. I just figured that I would add a new character to the discussion.

Anywho, if he can manage to hit Wesker with the plasma cutter it would do some damage. Jake also has good durability. He jumps out of a helicopter, mid flight. He also gets chopped in half.

Getting chopped in half isn't good durability =/

If he survived it, it's good endurance, but not durability.

I suppose his surviving that would be good endurance, and not durability. By the way another plasma cutter is what "cleaved him a new one"
