Prime's resistant but not immune. Besides, Odin can pull shit like freezing time for example. Being resistant to magic wouldn't mean Prime is unaffected from what I understand. Or he could simply just punch Prime really, really hard.
The sources of Odin's power is a combination of the mystical and divine.
Reg Superman gets one shotted by Odin, same with AS Supes who while being more powerful than normal Supes still wasn't resistant to magic IIRC. KC Supes had some resistance to magic but I don't see him standing up to a second attack. This is really just a question of how long it will take for Odin to put Prime down. Thanos really doesn't need to be here.
