Thor vs Superman slugfest

Thor and Superman face each other in a boxing ring. No Mjolnir, no magic, no heat vision/freeze breath, no speed blitzing, no BFR. Both will do whatever it thakes to win, fight is to death or KO.

Round 1: Anything goes h2h.
Round 2: Both are depowered. No armor for Thor.
Round 3: the winner from round 2 fights Gamora (both depowered)

Round 1: Thor wins.
Round 2: Thor wins.
Round 3: Either loses.

Their super strength is gone as well? In that case Thor I guess, Supes is a great fighter, but Thor's more experienced imo. Plus he's bigger.

They still got their super strength in round 1.

1. If Superman cuts loose, it could go either way.
2. Thor. He's bigger and bulkier than Superman.
