Kubo (Bleach Creator) seems to have several favourites based on feats that should have been impossible.

that doesnt necessarily mean hes a favorite though... hes just the main character. he cant die.

Yeah, Aizen for sure.

Kenpachi also, it's some amazing power creep he's had with no explanation.

Kenpachi just has a naturally gargantuan amount of reitsu.

Ichigo has literally died like at least three times and came back with a permanent or temporary power-up.

Aizen is the main antagonist. He is supposed to be powerful.
