Infinite Man- 1%
Cyttorak-3% outside, 10% inside
Classic Trigon- 3%
Dormammu-3%
The Dreaming Celestial- 20%
Parallax Entity(Zero Hour)- 80%
Ion Entity- IDK, if you mean classic Ion then 85-90%
In-Betweener-10%
Mephisto- 1% outside, 10% inside

Tiamut the Communicator isn't that low

so a Spectre without backing is above Galactus? and Tiamut is 3 times as powerful as Galactus while he got eaten by big G? makes sense.

Tiamut got ascended by the Fulcrum. And yeah, I rank average Spectre above Galactus.
