The first movie was an undeniably accurate tribute to the series and this one should be much better.

Maybe it will have a plot, a thing the first for some reason lacked.

On the other hand this "info" is almost a year old, preceding even the release of the movie.

The first Dragonball movie was nothing but crap and didn't receive a good critic response. Why do they want to make a sequel after all the negativity that was thrown at them like how monkeys throw their feces at people who visit the zoo?

That news is nearly a year old and was before the first one came out and bombed.

If the sequel does happen, it just proves that FOX loves giving people the finger in the form of bad movies. I do not like this at all.

Just like Activison with MW 2, they both love giving the fans the middle finger, why? because they can. Well this movie has no fans to begin with, the fans are the ones that cant stand this movie franchise.
