Would a decap even take WWH? a lesser hulk has recovered from say vector tearing all the flesh from his bones to just a skeleton almost instantly?
Hulk is walking PIS, he can survive this and still only needs a few hits to KO logan (even if were getting Thing durability too he's been downed in a coupele of hits by hulk and similar strengthed opponents such as Jugs).
If he beats WWH he'd definitely not take it past jugs.

So his head (or his body) would regrow? How long would that take?
Even deadpool still apparently requires people to reattach his head when it's severd off. Logan regenerated from a brain, but it is believed decapitation would still do the trick.
I think hulk goes down without his head, at least for a temporary win.
