🙂
It's sad that you feel offended by it.
To be honest, I put this up because I've found that talking about physical capabilities creates interesting conversation. I'm not bragging at all. I'm curious to see what people can do, especially when I actually don't know how many is considered good.
All I'm getting from you is "Physical activity? How dare he make people move around! In my own insecurities, I'm gonna bash him! That should do the trick!"

Sequel to chinups.Tonight I did 25, but I'm pretty sure I can do 30, since today's a rest day anyways.
Not bad. You'd be better off doing a smaller set (10-12 reps), but multiple times. You'll probably be able to get 4-5 sets like this, ie 40-60 reps total. Give yourself a couple minutes rest between.
Though doing the 'most you can do in one sitting burn' is good every once in a while.

15 or 18 pull ups but i am out of shape and i havent trained in a while but my pull ups are military standard not civilian standard. i guess regular civilian pull ups i could do about 25 to 30 at a minimum...
Military ones are when you grunt and make a face, like you're working harder than you really are, right?
