USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE V (LIGHT SIDE)- Harmony

Easily! You'd trigger an alarm but in this circumstance, not an issue.

Okay Wentar will do so, checking in with Roan or anyone else in the offices before and after. He wants to know if the feed cuts out once the sensor is removed.

It was not triggered by where Tilulla went, incieentally

Anything more specific? It's not the location I'm at though?

Tillula maybe it has to do with what you were going to do, or something you suggested?

The only other thing I suggested was shutting down the starports. And I was going to kick her ass and apprehend her, and that's obviously not a bad thing. I've also mentioned the net guns no one seems to want about 5 times. Maybe they're a bad idea after all.

😉

If it was more specific you wouldn't just have a vague bad feeling!

Ush already mentioned that the net guns are a bad idea. 😛

Maybe it was your idea that all the anomalies could be a distraction or that we need a way to track her. Though I'm unsure what we could do about it if this is correct.

Also, we would be able to see her on camera if it was just a diversion.
She doesn't necessarily know we are here and following her. We might catch her by surprise.

Gosh, you are very optimistic Roan, but one thing no-one asked was to patrol the vaults and try not to be seen doing so...

-

Wentar- you have no idea how, but this system has been completely buggered up from some remote access point. If the other sensors are like this one, then any information you have been receiving from them is utterly untrustworthy. Katai could have walked past a hundred cameras and not been seen.

At this point, three things happen

1. All comms instantly start giving out nothing but static. And you Jedi are scattered all in the wrong places! Is that just bad luck? Luckily, no-one got around to ordering the security teams to the wrong places also (ironically, the aide was talking sense to Xeth...) but unluckily they aren't much good to you undeployed either as they'll never get to anywhere useful in time now. Wentar was right about Tiulla's bad feeling- she was pondering in her head the idea that this was a giant diversion. She was correct.

2. Everyone in the Repository can hear screams nearby

3. The vault nearest Xeth is opening...

When the vault begins to open, Xeth turns and notices with surprise. He hears the screams but is more preoccupied with what is going on right in front of him.

If there is time and a place to do so, Xeth will try to hide himself so that he can see what is going on before he himself is seen.

If not, Xeth will turn and activate his lightsaber, standing fierce and ready before the door of the opening vault.

Gah! Damnit! Katai outwitted us again.... well less outwit, she just had more time then us. But still! Frustrating...

-

Wentar drops the sensor when he discovers the comms have died, as he tries to get it working again he hears the screams.

Pausing he tries to see if he can figure out where the screams are coming from.

-

Probably an Observation roll, Observation 1 Perception 3.

{edit}

Jelena is startled by the static from her comlink, though now she is more glad about her Padawan being with her than she already was.

"Come, Essallin," Jelena says. "We move toward the screams. She must be stopped!"

Jelena tries to figure out where the cries are coming from.

I'm a bit upset that I didn't do something else when I had the premonition. I head to the spaceport. My goal is twofold. One, get them to shut down outgoing flights. Two, find Katal. I have G8 limit his camera search to those around space stations. She may not come here guys, but we don't know where she'll be. I'm not chasing ghosts and screams anymore.

Anyone who can fly want to come with? I have Intrusion, maybe we can borrow a ship.

And I try not to be detected by anyone other than those I'm in contact with. Shouldn't be too hard with all the noise.

Iffa is with Ti

Issue there Tillula, comms don't work. We can't know you're heading to the starport unless comms come back or you come and find one of us.

Wentar- somewhere above you. No... to the right. Wait... they are coming from more than one place.

Xeth, you take as best cover you can behind some sort of navigation marker for the locals. Metallic voices crom from within the vault, and your main reaction is

"Not again..."

Here are the voices.

"Programme initiated. Destroy all life forms."

"Roger roger."

Xeth grinds his teeth as he realizes that battle droids are emerging from the vault, resisting the urge to kick a wall and instead reaching for his grenade launcher. He is going to lob a grenade into the vault and blow up as many droids as he can.

Well that takes a clear action to equip a heavy weapon.

Alright, well several things.
1) Where would this remote access point be? Are there a whole bunch of them or just one or two?

2) Can we get the R2 on getting the Comms back online?

3) We still don't know where Kara is. Bad news. (One of these days I'm going to not just walk into a trap)

4) I think running away might be the best course of action Xeth...

1. Any point on the system-- hundreds of them at least

2. You'd have to physically walk to the droid

3. Well... yes

4. Those battle droids are shooting everyone in sight

Where is the droid? I thought it was patched into the security system. And I'm in the Admin offices.
But regardless, I'll head that way, as I have nothing else to do.
