The only thing that makes me really hesitant about the latter is Rivas is there.

If he gets initiative, he'll have moved to Lower West first. The shooty guards will not.

There are shooters to the south too, but you'd have to task a couple of actions to get three.

Is anyone (Dak and Rianna mainly) against me snatching Xavier's lightsabers? Because otherwise they'll be on the opposite side of the room from him.

Rianna could wipe out the guards by Con quickly (since he's shooting Gallador's problems) and then we can start making moves South.

No, go ahead and get Xavier his lightsaber, if you can. They really need it.

Dak's going to go help Con, so Rianna will swap RI for Cleave and hack down two of the remaining guards where we are.

Dak will Charge over to Lower North, then, and Cleave a couple guards there to help Con.

And yes, get Xavier his saber.

Dak could Cleave the guards near Relle then Charge North maybe?

Well, I'm killing our remaining guards, since I'm going to assume that Graf shoots the last one, so they'll be dead anyway.

Relle is snatching up Xavier's lightsabers (since he has two but they count as one thingy?) as quickly as possible before the case gets out of reach, hooking one to her belt and igniting the other to use until she gets it to him.

Yes they count as one thingy- logic be damned when it comes to weapons.
