His helmet doesn't get blasted off, it gets removed with large amounts of force, like Colossus ripping it off, or Rogue ripping it off. Batman isn't strong enough to pull that off.

Really Cain isn't beating Batman, until Batman tires out. He doesn't KO him. The same goes for Captain America. He can't put Wolverine down so he stops there.

Couldn't he still just bull rush everyone? Even with only human strength his momentum can't be stopped. He just won't be tossing cars around. He'd just need to push people off of cliffs and high buildings.
