See children, this is the type of "logic" that you should avoid, have a good day now.

Note that none of their clashes ended with Achilles really beat up or anything. Diana got the upper hand, then they ended due to Diana just wanting to get past him or Achilles having a trump to make her stand down, but the two could've easily kept going.

Also of note, stabbing in the heart doesn't work on him, he'll just heal.

They are an underestimated weapon, they were popular back in the old days and featured in some martial arts styles.
