Phoenix...easily.

Is WCP on the level of Eternity?

and Kismet isn;t on the same level as Eternity, not even close.

Hmm, I thought they were basically the same character. Isn't she suppose the be the Guardiian of the dcu?

She is, but her feats you know...kinda suck...even worse than Eternity. And that is pretty bad.

And Jean never held an entire Universe in her hands either.

Jean held the visualization of a Universe in her hands,
this is why she was able to flare up her flame within said visualization
with out damaging said visualized reality.

On the other hand,
the Phoenix Force can destroy an alternate reality,
which is an infinitesimal fraction of Eternity.
Unfortunately the Phoenix Force's durability is next to pultry.
