Carnivore vs Sise-Neg

Carnivore with Presence powers.

Sise-Neg, at the height of his power, was like Infinity Being or AE.
He had all the power of Marvelverse.

If you read those Supergirl issues, Carnivore didn't have ALL of The Presence's powers.

Sise-Neg gets the solid win imo.
