Two highly skilled doctors perform surgery on some pateints and the challenge here is to finish the operation before the other doctor finishes. The one who finishes first is the winner. Mordin is from Mass Effect 2 and Dr. Mario is from...Dr. Mario.

Mordin Solus will be working on Old Snake who has a tumor after smoking way too much.
