gladiator vs black adam

Well I think we agree that regular/"non-full-confidence" gladiator loses this, so we are left with the full-confidence debate; in terms of Gladiator's fighting skill, his portrayals have also been inconsistent. In his fights against beings with similar power-sets (supreme, hyperion), he is usually depicted as fighting with a rather high level of skill (which is consistent w/ his character description), whereas in his other fights he tends to simply bully opponents or fight like a brawler (Thing, colossus, etc). This tends to be true of most power-houses, though -- supes and Thor, for instance, are both great fighters, but lots of folks seem to think the aren't because they don't always need to be. WW is one of the few heavy-hitters that is almost always shown to be a great fighter. So, I can see where you're coming from but I'm not willing to dismiss Gladiator's skill in this fight.

I see Gladiator taking on Black Adam knowing that he is a force to be reckoned, therefore wouldn't toy with him like he has other lower field characters who got the slip on him.
Meaning leaving no room for error and no taunting. Just going for the kill.
Which considering BA's past would be no problem when conscience is concerned.
Gladiator wins this for BA is a cruel brawler and Glads will overwhelm him with no remorse!

hmmm... this is really tough one to call. I'm not really confident on Glad'z ability to deal with a bit of magic. Though i think gladz is a tad bit stronger and more durable than BA, a few well placed mystic bolts on gladz might do the trick.
