For the 1st....its basically superman Vs thor BUT

more agressive supes (hank +1)
less powerful supes (hank -1)
a supes who can be drained of his power source easily ie electricity (hank -1)

i usually give supes 6/10 over thor so i'd call this a split or *slight* majority to thor.
