With half of colossus' durability... yes he will get oneshotted. In the instance I remember, he was sickened by the gamma radiation just by being in the vicinity of the hulk...
Also, even if there is an issue I'm missing here, so what? He traded blows with an alternate hulk who's only showing was matching someone with half of colossus' strength. Great.
