Amazo vs Martian Manhunter

This Amazo doesn't have the power duplication feature but starts out the fight with the powers of the following Mutants:

Cyclops's Optic Blast
Colossus's Strength and Durability
Mystique's Shapeshifting
Shadowcat's Phasing
Angel's wings/flight
Emma Frost's telepathy
Wolverine's HF

J'onn manhandles him with vastly superior strength, healing factor, flight, and telepathy.

J'onn's vastly superior in all the categories save healing and durability, and he's only slightly inferior in those.

He wins.
