Lindsay Lohan Suing Over Baby Commercial
Apparently Lindsay Lohan hasn't had enough rehab. She's suing E-Trade because of a parody, which is a television commercial. The commercial has a girl named Lindsay (coincidence, right?) who is a boyfriend-stealing milkaholic baby. Lohan is suing this for over $100 Million dollars.
Wow, so the name Lindsay is protected under copyright grounds? That's ridiculous.
if they are purposely trying to link lindsay name and use her status sure why not... but i think Lindsay needs to prove it one think is knowing what they did another is proving it, the execs can easily dismiss her claim even if they purposely did it by perjuring themselves in court whicj i doubt would get that far.

i will throw Lindsay a bone there are some radio commercial announcements that use her name and make fun of her suing.
they dont just use her name but use a lot of celebrities to try to sell crap saying they just had celebrity A,B, come to their stores and whatnot... 😉
