Dark Samus vs. Chaos Vincent

Samus' evil Phazon-fueled counterpart from the Metroid Prime-verse battles Vincent Valentine in his Chaos form from Dirge of Cerberus: FFVII.

Dark Samus has the Shrapnel Beam, phazon-charged super missiles, can fly, and can generate shields.

This fight is aerial combat and is taken place in the skies above Midgar.

Who will win?

I can't find much info on Vincent, but from what I can find, I don't see him beating Dark Samus.

Chaos Vincent has the power of a being designed to kill all life on the planet, he's far above regular Vincent.

Doesn't sound like he can beat Dark Samus.

The armor of Dark Samus should be too strong for Vincent to get through.
