who is klaw and what can he od, i mean do.

He's a scientist comprised of living sound energy, regulated by a device attached to his arm that looks like a mini-radar dish. He can make constructs out of sound, attack with it, he's pretty beastly. He could probably take a majority by copying Nimrod.

so long as Jugg doesnt punch his arm Klaw should be able to take punches from Cain..

Klaw is a grade "A" moron but most powerful villains are especially when their main enemy is a street lvler.
