Airborne Poccy can just create hundreds of tendrils to keep him in the sky.
With no ground motion Juggs is screwed and Poccy ( Who manhandled Hulk) will start to focus on removing the helmet.
Once that is off and it will come off! Apoc scores another Horseman.

Poccy levitates Juggs into the air, rips the helmet off with TK and mindbolts Cain ftw

Also, that all had more to do with Hulk, as it was able to draw in more of his "infinite" power, than the tech itself. And since Apoc isn't Hulk and doesn't have prep, I don't see the tech doing anything.

Poccy can create blasts or pressurised clamps that would have the same result as a Cyclops blast to remove the helmet while Juggs is mid air and bound waving his arms and legs around. More and more tendrils will replace those snapped. Plus Tk

After that he forms Celestrial tech around Cain adapting it to finally restrain him.

Hulk was just the delivery system, the tech was what overcame Juggs` enchantments.

Allow me to answer that for you, it's no.

And yes, he would need prep to overcome his enchantment, if he even could do it at all. The tech was drawing on Hulk's power which is the reason Hulk was able to stop Juggs, and he still never showed the ability to hurt him.
