Hercules walks up and pinches MJ's butt and smiles Parker having enough decides to take it all out on herc...(sexual harrasment, pulic intoxication, public brawling, lewd conduct, soliciting sex)...

10. prison Ring fight early release deal, mayberry rules, 1 pound gloves..must fight Moon knight who has become more aggressive and violent due to his mental condition and pain killer withdrawal

In those scenes with Scorpion, he was depowered. They were from Amazing Spiderman #342-part 2 of a 3 part story "Powerless". Pete had his powers taken away to avoid the scenario of himself being killed as Spiderman, for Aunt May's sake.
