Worse, Diana can literally one-shot either of them with the lasso provided it entraps one them and she asks "What is the Wizard's name?" or something similar. Right, which means one of them is going to have to get close to Herc to engage him in H2H or for a speed blitz run, in which Herc can potentially grapple them (he is a wrestler after all) and keep them tied up as he beats the crap out of them. Them being stronger is debatable. Very debatable. Much faster when it comes to sheer movement speed, I agree with. Fast enough to move and attack without either god being able to attack/react? No.
The Marvel's resistance to magic means just as much as Thor and Herc's resistance to magic seeing as they are gods. And I really hope you're not suggesting that Captain Marvel scream "Shazam!" and summon a lightning bolt against Thor...

It worked on Superman because of his disadvantage against magic. If used on Thor, provided he doesn't manipulate it to strike Batson or land harmlessly away from him, (which he can do because the SHAZAM lightning has been manipulated by other beings in DC, some of which pale to Thor in comparison) the damage won't be as effective because it's magical lightning.
And "Captain Marvel > Superman >>> Thor" is about as ridiculous as anything I've ever seen. Being generous to them all, they're all about at the same level. If anything, the difference between the three of them is so small and hardly a factor, it's dumb to claim that anyone of them could easily over power the other (barring things like Sundips, being amped by a magical power source, etc).
And yes, Thor has feats on Superman's level.
