The match is in two rounds: Round One is SNK Battle. Round Two is Capcom Battle.

I don't see Balrog winning this fight unless he has some notable feats.

Haohmaru wins. There's a scene where he cut a giant thick tree and then 2 thick rock with a swing of his sword. He'll cut Vega like a crust

I wish I had seen this thread before since I love SS. I know I'm preaching to the choir but Haohmaru definitely takes this match. I mean, he's slain Makai demons who are way above the cage fighters Vega dealt with.
