Alex Mercer vs. Dark Samus

Just to find a reason to fight eachother, Dark Samus gets caught in a wormhole which sends it into the Prototype-verse. Dark Samus crashes into Dana's (Mercer's sister) apartment and kills her for no reason. Alex Mercer wants revenge.

Alex Mercer has all his powers and are fully upgraded.

Dark Samus has everything except creating shields and making clones.

Fight takes place in New York City.

Can the person made of Black Light destroy the being made of Phazon or will it be the other way around?

Phazon > Mercer's cellular structure.

Don't know much about Dark Samus but am leaning more towards her/it to win.

Dark Samus is faster and her Phazon is more contagious and can cause Mercer to serve under her will.

Dark Samus survived worse things than a nuclear bomb.

Dark Samus survived a planet-sized dimension's destruction.

Mercer can do nothing.

Question is if Dark Samus can?

Phazon apparently has an effect similar to a gauss flayer, if this is true, then yeah, in one shot Mercer dies.

Mercer has absolutely no chance at all.
