Classic Vulture?

I'd say Man-Bat...

The new (red) Vulture stands a good chance IMO, yeah classic one looses...

What's different about the new Vulture?

Stronger (younger) and can spit/puke acid. Another thing is I'm not completely sure about classic Vultures wings but the wings of the new Vulture seem to be pretty sharp.
