Sinestro VS Hank Henshaw

Cyborg Supes has 10 Qwardian rings.

VS

The 2nd-in-command in the Sinestro Corps War arc, Sinestro himself.

Sinestro could use have the rings attack Henshaw ala Mongul, but considering Hank's uber technopathic skills and his own abilities outside of the rings, he should be able to beat Sinestro anyway.
