For the sake of argument if the human's did see the punches then the comic would have contradicted itself. DD and Superman were shown to be both faster than bullets yet can be seen by people is contradictory. Thus we take the more sensible side (Superman and DD being too fast for human's to see).

No one with Super speed and reflexes have ever complained about the Hulk's speed.

Wolverine is faster than bullets but people see his fights all the time.

Spiderman is faster than bullets but we seen every punch that is thrown with him also.

I mean, I think Superman was more surprised that someone whom you'd assume would be slow and ponderous was as fast as he was. I'm not saying Doomsday is slow, he's not, but we're kidding ourselves if we think Doomsday is as fast as Superman.

Wolverine is not as fast as bullets. Spider-man is but of course we can see him. He's a drawn picture. Human's can't see him though when he's moving that fast. If they could then that would mean human's can see bullets too. So what r u saying?

DD may not be fast as classic Post Superman in general but IMO he is as fast as him within the first few meters away. Now current Superman is much faster. I think the author's intention is to have his burst speed to be comparable to a Flash or Superman (not to say it is greater though).

So when Superman complimented Deathstroke, Darkseid, batgirl for keeping up with a being that he stated was faster than him, along with others, does that mean all of them can move faster than the flash or as fast as the flash?

Superman never complained about anyone's speed ever except DD's. Superman complaining about someone's speed is not necessarily enough to show Flash like speed. But combined with Guy Gardner's and Booster Gold's comments and they fact that DD hit all of the at them same time (infinite speed) is more convincing.
