Punisher vs. Daredevil (Im going to have a field day with this) *cracks knuckles*
Punishers first fight with Daredevil...he wins. Punisher does shoot him but he clearly shows he’s a mtch for him in h2h but successfully fending off a surprise attack from DD
Second encounter. DD jumps Punisher but Punisher drops a chimney on DD’s arse.
Third encounter with DD. DD is pissing himself and has to resort shooting Punisher whiles his back is turned…..ah those were the days.
Note: DD says "I know you're are missing me unpurpose." DD states how when he shot him before he was using tranquilizers but this time he’s using real bullets. Punisher could have shot him but did not want to shoot an innocent. That is a win for DD but only by circumstance.
Fourth encounter that DD has with Punisher. Punisher didn’t actually lose the fight and let DD win. First heres the fight.
Ok heres the proof that Punisher let him win.
Note: DD took advantage that Punisher was lifting a man over his head and pressure pointed him. Despite this Punisher managed to hurt DD badly enough that he had to stop fighting briefly and was actually doing better than DD was before he decided to lose.
DD knocks down Punisher with a punch. Punisher gets up and stuns DD.
Another fight that Punisher has with DD, it ends with a stalemate.
Note: To be fair DD actually hurt himself when he elbowed Punisher in the chest but before the fight Punisher stated that he was sleepy and tired and needed 12 hours sleep.
Lets take a look at the DD vs Punisher series. A lot of people use these fights as proof that DD kicks Punisher’s butt in a fight but that’s flawed logic. Heres the first fight in that series. DD dances around Punisher but the fight ends with DD getting rocked by a punch from Punisher.
Note what Punisher says “It doesn’t matter. I can take it.” In other words Punisher is getting punched by DD but hes soaking up the damage. Theres no use in using this as proof that DD beats Punisher when Punisher has stated that he can take the damage that DD is dishing out. Also bare in mind Punishers one punch was more effective than all of DDs attacks. The point being made is that if Punisher fights DD hes going to get hit more times but that does not necessarily mean that DD will win the fight in the end because Punisher can turn it around due to his toughness.
Heres the second fight in this series. Again Punisher gets hit more times but the fight gets interrupted so we can’t assume that DD would have won.
Now I have to admit this does look bad but this was the worst showing of all the fights in the series and im still saying its possible that Punisher could have turned it around. Heres another fight they have to prove my point.
DD dislocates Punishers wrist before the fight starts and is able to unleash more devastating attacks. Punisher gets knocked to the ground but still manages to get up and launch him through a window. The lesson is unless he’s KTFO its not a forgone conclusion he’s going to lose and can turn it around. Also look at his fight with Kraven The Hunter the same thing happened there.
Now heres the last fight in the DD vs. Pun series. This fight is not interrupted and is the longest fight. Notice how yet again Punisher is getting beaten up at the beginning of the fight but because this fight lasts longer he manages to almost turn it around and win the fight.
If you look at all there fights there is no way that DD beats Punisher 8/10 h2h its more like 6/10 but if we see the way that Remender and Fraction have written Punisher that version of Punisher would beat DD for the majority. Punisher’s capability can vary significantly depending on whos writing him and Remender/Fractions Punisher is significantly tougher. If DD has a hell of a time beating regular Punisher a better Punisher would beat him.
Kraven The Hunter Gauntlet.
I’m putting these series of fights under one heading because its arguably Punishers most impressive h2h showing. It also shows how tough he is. Punisher fights Kraven The Hunter a guy who has beaten Black Panther in h2h and held his own against Spiderman. See what he goes through before fighting him.
First he fights a berserk Tiger Shark
Fights a berserk Mandrill ( a Daredevil enemy)
Then runs from Swarm and Gargoyle who cause him to pass out from the damage.
Punisher vs Moon Knight
This is Frank taking on a pissed off MK. Well apparently MK is third tier but many a time has gone toe-toe-toe with Spiderman. The jurys still out on that one.....
Another fight with Punisher and MK they are both holding back but if you look at the scans above Frank is able to take on MK even when he’s serious.
Punisher vs. Top trainer of martial arts school This guy also shows to have some mystical ability to throw his voice.
This fight ends in a stalemate. As Nomad mentions Punisher wanted Nomad to prove that he could look after the baby. Once Nomad proved his fighting prowess there was no need for Punisher to keep fighting him.
