Good idea. But tiers would have to be set (eg, street level, global level, etc), because--as is typical with these types of threads--most people go for top-tier/overkill.

I take Batman, Deathstroke, and Luthor intelligence and a Mother Box, Bruce Wayne level fortune and omnilingualism, I use my 12 weakness points on Confidence based power level and Difficulty controlling powers, which should not be relevant as I have no actual "powers" to speak of. Then I spend 10 years outprepping all of you.
